Synopsis
The Roman military Tribune of Clavius and his assistant of Lucius get
a special order of Pontius Pilate: you should get behind the secret,
what with Jesus Christ is done in the weeks after his crucifixion, to
the rumors to refute a resurrected Messiah and to prevent a revolt in
Jerusalem. As Jesus’ body from the tightly closed grave disappears,
Clavius is then on the search. What he finds out, shaken up in the
foundations of his faith…
Plot
Clavius, a powerful Roman Centurion, is charged by Pontius Pilate to investigate the rumors of a risen Jewish messiah and to locate the missing body of Yeshua (Jesus of Nazareth) in order to quell an imminent uprising in Jerusalem during the first 40 days following Christ's resurrection.
